One time Customer

Could some pl tell me how to create a One time customer in CRM 5.0. I know how to create a one time customer in R3 But i am new to CRM.

Hi Ruchi

The account group of the one time customer can be mapped to the consumer or customer classification in CRM. Use the tx PIDE in R/3 to do the mapping.

Hi Ruchi,

There is no special role as one time customer in CRM.

You can create new role named as One time customer in CRM.

Use PIDE transaction in R/3 to map the one time customer account group to newly created role in CRM.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to create a new role in CRM using BUSD , but am not successful . Actually CRM 5 is different than CRM 4 . Do you guys have any experience in creating a new role in CRM 5?
