SUS customization

Hi experts

I am in SRM 5.0, and configuring EBP-SUS following the configuration guide Service Procurement configuration guide, I have a problem in define backend systems, the guide is note clear, I am using EBP and SUS in the same client, someone could send me an example how must be done the configutaion DEFINE BACKEND SYSTEMS.

Hi,

can you please check wether there is any entry with name 'EBP_SUS'in the customizing for BACKEND SYSTEMS .

In the case of single client scenario , i think you should use the above entry.

Please also refer to the master guide for the SRM version you are using , it will have details of the customizing you need to do for single client
