Good Aftrenoon
Expert SAP Moderator:
I am really in a bind here. I need to be able to disable a row based on a value in a column. If it means disabling cell by cell for a row that is ok here.
My question, is of course how to do it. More importantly is it even possible with:
Version: SAP Business One 2005 A (6.80.318) SP: 01 PL:12
Trying to find a work around is taking way too long. Short of letting the User change the values of the row and just not saving the changes back to the db, I am not sure where to go with this.
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ed

Change the subject a bit (removed "SAP Moderator" to avoid that others are starting to add that too)...
Hi Ed,
Unfortunately there's no much better option than what you found () - though I didn't check the suggestion in detail.
The only alternative would be to plug an ActiveX into your form (with all the consequences)...
The problem is on the radar of R&D, but I have no information when (if) that might be provided; in best case it would go into an Enhancement Package for B1 2007, but this is nothing you can rely on so far.
Sorry,
Frank
