Trading goods scenario

Hi Great gurus,

In trading goods sales scenario the following is the business requirement.

If the stock levels of the trading goods reaches a number like 100(ie:if <=100).then an immediate automatic PO should be raised to the vendor with a default qty of 1000nos.

Pls let me know the answer in detail.

hi,

I have checked it. But, I think the function of automatic PO in purchsing view is not generating a PO. Can u pls elobarate. I think we need to use a userexit for this.

Pls explain in detail.

Please go to MM01 in MRP1 YOU HAVE TO MAINTIAN REORDER POINT 100

AND MAINTAIN MINIMUM LOT SIZE 1000 AND IN PURCHING VIEW ACTIVATE AUTOMATIC P.O

You need to maintina the re-order point in the Planning for the material( MRP view) and set it to automatic PO ( Purchasing view) when it falls below the re-order point.
