Trading goods scenario

Hi Great gurus,

In trading goods sales scenario the following is the business requirement.

If the stock levels of the trading goods reaches a number like 100(ie:if <=100).then an immediate automatic PO should be raised to the vendor with a default qty of 1000nos.

Pls let me know the answer in detail.
