Leave entitlement & encashment

Hi All,

on my client side, Staff emp are entitled for 10 CL, SL

5 & EL 30 days earned leave

while staff emp are entitled

only for 10 CL & EL 30 days earned leave.

can we grp

the above criteria, ie; system should not accept SL for worker.

Also, how to use absences quota info for leave encashment.

and how to set the criteria for carry fwd of earned leaves.

Pls let me know

hai

if your employee sbu groups have these employees seperately

then it can be done

group them into two seperate numbers and then for the combibation of esg grp and psg group dont crate abscenc quota type sl(for the employees whom u dont want)

Dear Nalla.

Yes employee group is Active, employee sub grp is PS - permanent staff

PW - Permanent worker

but i have graded employees in Payscale grp & pay scale level

so is it possible, if yes pls ellaborate.....

hai

if iam not wrng your PS group is eligible for SL and your PW are not elogible for SL.

pay scale levela nd pay scale group has got nothing to do with this.

for your PSA grouping give abscences types as SL,CL,EL

then group PS into one number and PW into one number

when craeting absence quota types

for PS create all the three

and for PW create only SL and EL.

rest is same .

then when generarting quota it will not generate any quota for CL for PW
