We found out the cause of the problem and fixed it. Is there any way we can transfer the confirmations to backend using some transaction or function module?

I have the IDOc no, it shows a status of 03. Whichever node we select and processs it gives a message it cannot be dont this type of node.
Can you please tell me where i get the IDOC number from?
