I am working on CRM sales. We have Vertex in place. But in the transactions i get a strange error and it says tax not determined.
wat to do?

I am not aware of a full proof solution to the VERTEX problem. I guess vertex may run run down due to load and excessive CPU usage.
Maybe having VERTEX on a seperate system might help.
Check if Vertex is down. you may also check the RFC connections to vertex.
Once VERTEX is up, the error wont occur.
However this is a temporary solution.
VERTEX was down. This has solved my problem at the moment. Why is this happening so? What is the permanent solution for this?
