Hi Folks,

frends,i got a req on smartform (purchase order) which should be triggered after a

pur order is created and saved through me23n.how to acheive this please let me know.

i cant find any preconfigured smartform for the purchase order.. could somebody help me regarding this.

go to nace transction and select the application type EF - purchase order

and click on output types

now select NEU and click on processing routines

and check if ur smartform is configured against the medium of ur choice under smartform column.

this is the general procedure to configure ur snmartform

Depending on the release of SAP you're using you may need to import the pack of 'Preconfigured Smartforms' from SAPnet to get the standard Smartform.

Go to service.sap.com/smartforms for details, you may need your basis guys to apply the package.
