can anybody explain me about cut over plan.

Hema,

Cutover plans are usually used to track all tasks necessary to go-live with a particular project orsystem. So at a very high level for an SAP System you might see things like:

1. Import Transports into System

2. Check transports for errors

3. Run data conversions

4. Verify data

Cutover plans will get more complex based on the scope and size of your project. This is just a simple example.

Cut over plan is a detailed plan of activities for each level of tracking in an implementation.It traces all the activities from initial phase to go live for each

individual modules.
