LSMW-Read Data

Hi Friends,

I want to use LSMW to upload data into IT0002. I started doing that. In 9th step i.e. in Read data, I am getting an error that /var/opt/sap/lsmw/lsmw.read is not ready for input. What needs to be do for this.

Reward points will be there for good solutions.

I hope your Project and sub project name is lsmw. There is some problem in the exported file.

HI Prakash,

No my program name is IT0002 and there is no problem in the exported file as it is having 3 fileds in text format with tab separated.

Hi JS,

You should ask the basis guys to check if you can write in the directory /var/opt/sap/lsmw on the application server. The user in SAP which is used to read and write to the application server should have the rights to write. I don't know exactly which user this is, but your basis guys should know.
