quality inspection

Dear sirs,

i have posted the GR directly into unristricted stock(as in master quality view was not activated).

after GR miro is also passed but now i want the same material to be in Quality inspection.((latter i have activated quality view)

i tried with 322, but its not allowing.

Hi,

Cancel the GR/IR if possible and follow the simple steps to post the Raw

material to quality inspection stock.

1.Create Material Master Record with QM View.

2.Activate QM Proc/ Specify Control Key 0001.

3. choose Inspn set up and inspn type to be entered as 01 and set the active indicator.

4. Create Q-info record with material / vendor.

5. Enter the release by date as 31.12.9999

7.Create inspn plan with usage 5 and status 4and enter the control key as PPQM.

8.Choose the operation and assign the inspn characteristic / sampling procedure

9.MD61/MD02/MD04

10 Convert the Purchase requisition as Purchase Order.

11. Receive the Material against the PO.

12. Now the stock will be posted to quality inspn stock.

13. QE51 N Results Recording execute and record the results.

14. Qa11 UD Code Accept and choose .Inspn Lot Tab Page and type the qty to be Proposed and save.

15.Stock will move into Unrestricted Use Stock.

Hi,

322 can only be used if the QM has not been activated for the material.

Perhaps you could use a 102 to move the stock out again then use a 101 and use the QM options now it has been activated?

Go to quality view add new inspection type ( 06).then try 322 movement.

Hi

If you want realy do the inspoection Pl. follows:

This is for one time & then onwardsyou can follow regular inspection.

1)in material master activate the inspection type 08 ( stock transfer)

2) maintain task list with characteristics you want to inspect. & with usage type"5"

3) make stock stransfer in MB1B storage location to storage location ( mov.type311.) you can take both SLOC's same.

4) then material will go to QM stock

5) carryout inspection & go ahead.
