BOOTSTRAP_WIN.XML error

Hi, everyone,

We intalled NW2004s Java Add In.We want to deploy new java patch. We cannot start JSPM tool.When we run go.exe to start JSPM we have an error like this:

com.sap.sdt.jspm.bootstrap.factorymanagers.FactoryLoaderException: Problems with parsing the BOOTSTRAP.XML file.

Input output exception has occurred: D:\usr\sap\SMT\DVEBMGS02\j2ee\JSPM\bootstrap\config\BOOTSTRAP_Wu00A6N.XML

(The system cannot find the file specified).

We have BOOTSTRAP_Wu00A6N.XML file under config folder. I is exist in the folder.

How can we resolve this error?

    Hi,

    My thoughts on this can you please check whether windows supports such a long path <i>"D:\usr\sap\SMT\DVEBMGS02\j2ee\JSPM\bootstrap\config\BOOTSTRAP_Wu00A6N.XML ".</i> To the best of my knowledge its because of the long path from where JSPM is picking up the BOOT STRAP file and also check the naming convention support.

    I am not pretty sure on this but you can always try.
