Logging of from EP programmatically

Hi All,

I have created an application in webdynpro & deployed on EP server.

I can view my application through EP.

I want to logoff from EP whenever my application throws a specific exception.

Can anyone suggest me how can i implement that?

Thanks,

Arch

    Hi

    Use this

    WDClientUser.forceLogoffClientUser(null);

    WDDeployableObjectPart d = wdComponentAPI.getApplication().getDeployableObjectPart();

    String url = null;

    try {

    url = WDURLGenerator.getApplicationURL(d);

    } catch(WDURLException e) {

    }

    WDClientUser.forceLogoffClientUser(url);

      Hi,

      The API WDClientUser.forceLogoffClientUser("/irj"); & webdynpro plugs doesnt work inside Portal.

      Portal doesnt support an indivisual component to close all the other Portal open sessions.

      Instead try to call the Portal Lof off method through a Portal application

      function logoff()

      {

      if (EPCM.getUAType() == EPCM.MSIE)

      {

      window.returnValue = 'logoff';

      }

      else

      {

      window.opener.logoff();

      }

      }

      Regards,

      Santhosh
