Message when creating order in VA01

We have a lot of customers that are going on to a new price where they will be charged seperately for delivery..

So that the guys on the sales desk do not forget to add this charge to these customers they are asking if there is any way of a message appearing when they put the order on reminding them.

Do you know any way of doing this? On our old system it was possible..as soon as you entered the account number a message would flash up..

Hi Henrik,

We can put the condition type as 'Mandatory' and 'Manual' in the pricing procedure. So whenever the sales desk tries to save the order, the system checks and prompts for entry for the condition type. If no freight is charged we can enter '0'.

Hi,

You can do these settings by carrying following steps

spro-img-sales & distribution-basic function-pricing-pricing control-define condition types-maintain condition types

In that you choose the condition types which u want to change for eg: PR00 etc

After selecting the condition type select the detail button , <b>In Manual entry choose C</b>.

But is it a way of doing the similar settings so that the message only occurs for some specific customers or a specific customer group?

make a userexit in MV45AFZZ: show the popup on the form "save documet prepare" if the condition type is not present in the pricing schema.
