Dear SAP Consultants,

I have created a company code “1100” by copying it from co. code 1000. In SAP system where can I get the details (eg. from logs/History) saying that this company code was copied from source 1000 company code? Please resolve.

Thanks and Regards,

Uzair

Dear Naveen,

Thanks for replies to all ......

I have already checked the entries in table T001 but I cudnt get the info.....

I think I didnt express my problem clearly.....

See dear consultants, I have created a new company code "1100" by copying the existing company code 1000 which is by default in the system. Now I have created plants and slocs in my new company code.As we all know that each and every transaction is recorded in SAP . Similarly I have created two or three company codes and now I want to view from which company code I have copied my new company codes while creation in the SAP system think that I have forgotten the source company code while copying......I want to knw where exactly the system maintains the data saying that a particular company code 1100 was copied from 1000 while creation......

Thanks and Regards,

Uzair.

Dear Uzair,

This information is not stored in any table. Similarly, when when you copy a purchase order from another purchase order, it is not stored in table EKKO.

Naveen.

Dear Naveen,

Thanks for the reply but still I believe there is some way out to find the solution to my problem. Can U please spare some more time and let me know the solution for it.

I request Moderators ,all SAP gurus especially Stephen Birchal and Arif Mansuri to look into this matter .....

I strongly believe that SAP is the only software which records each and every bit of info in its database....so we just need to know how and from where we can get the info.....

Please analyze and give me some solution for it.

Once again I request all Gurus of this community to spare some time ......

Thanks in advance

Thanks and Regards,

Thanks for the reply Mr. Muralidhar,

My question is where can I get the info regarding the company code details....saying that while creation this was copied from some company code (for eg. take 1000)......

suppose a novice is williing to know the history of company code where in he is willing to knw while creation of a company code forn where it has been copied then modified to cater Client's requirements.

Hope u understood my question.
