production order

Hi all

I am doing KGI2 for an order

when i am doing the F8 no results is coming

also i want to see the pricing element for that order how can i see it

Also after the overhead calculation i want to check the production order cost analysis.How can i do that

Hello Ansuman

Two thoughts on KGI2 -

1 - the costing sheet has no valid conditions for the period that you calculating

2 - there is no labor CONFIRMED in the period you are calculating

i.e. WIP and varinace calculate for the entire order. Overhead, however calculates only for the period you specify. If labor confirmations were made in period 01 and 02 and none in 03, if you are calculating for 03, the postings in 01 and 02 will not be part of the calculations.

I am not sure what you mean by "pricing element for the order"

Cost analysis for Discrete Production Order:

Transaction CO03

Menu Path: GoTo >Cost > Analysis

this is a standard ALV report

Another cost report for production orders is transaction KKBC_ORD.
