GL Clearing through F-03

hello gurus

i am having one gl having somany open items from 2004 fiscal year because of some differences in debits and credits. now i want to clear these documents through F-03 by clearing the difference through one suspense a/c . after i will clear the suspense a/c with proper a/cs.

now my problem is open items are above 40000documents.My client wants to clear all these documents through the program. is there any program for this. i tried with LSMW but it is not giving result.

Hi,

You can try TCode f13E

To use the above, please post the difference amount first.

Then upload 4000 line items together with the posted document no. which will result the balanced clearing.

Hi,

Do you want to clear all the documents in the GL Account?

First: Post the differential entry and make the balance as ZERO.

Second: Use tcode F-03

Clear all the line items.
