how to configure CCMS for xi?

Hello everyone:

My scenario is file-to-file,and it works.Now i want to add exception handling in it,for example,when it takes too long to transmit the message,system will send a email. I enter tcode RZ20 ,but i couldn't find CCMS monitor set for xi. Then i configure it with the help of blog /people/aravindh.prasanna/blog/2005/12/23/configuring-scenario-specific-e-mail-alerts-in-xi-ccms-part--1, still,it couldn't work? anyone can help me?Thanks in advance.

In the system group,i named the system "E01",and the monitoring active is yes.But if the name of the system is others,the monitoring active is no.i don't know why.
