Configure mail for Adobe forms

Hi,

I'm trying to configure adobe mail adapter(for incoming) in portal and in the process, I have a simple doubt on configuring.

It ask for details like protocol, servername, client (here I need to give my email id), domain (my company domain).But it also asks for username and password?? I'm confused as what details I need to input here??
