Hi Niranjan,
Then you have to develop a BDC for uploading a DIRs and relevant Application files directly from Spreedsheet, so you have code this in your BDC program.
& upload through spreedsheet.
In both the cases (i.e. If DIRs already available in System or If DIRs need to be uploaded)

Hi Niranjan,
You need a Unique key which links b/w DMS(SAP) & CAD which gets generated when you use "CADDesktop" TCode automatically,
So When you want to save the document(Original Application file) into DMS i.e. you need to link each of the application file with DIR Keys.
So create DIR and then attach each of these original files to DIRs then by useing CADDESKTOP Tcode you can call them through CAD and edit it so that link gets better/strong.
Hope i have understood your question.

Rehman
my Problem is that,
i have more than 500 files to upload to DMS.
nw if i open the document from Hard disk say a.ipt and if i use save copy as option from Menu
it takes me to create doc (CV01N)
however when i try to save it, at description window, no original application could be found and at time of saving, it throws error, CHECK In only thru CAD DESKTOP
im unable to save aswell
BIGGG PRoblem
Help me out if any key is to be added in config of Cideon
Thanks
