I have built a report CR2013 which uses a link from One Oracle DB to another.
Command Query works fine on my local installation of both SQL developer and local Reports Developer.
However, when I try to run on Crystal Reports Server 2013 it fails to run giving me an Database vendor error code 12154
I have looked on this site and it seems to be a common error but I can not see any answers. Responses imply that it's a TNSNames.ora issue but I can not see how to resolve. Direct links to both DBs work fine for other reports, so TNSNAMES is not the issue its is only this internal link which fails. I can not use a subreport to link data because it is too slow and makes report design really difficult.
