When you do PGI (Post Goods Issue) in SD delivery, T-Code VL01N, the system update or post the two GL
1. COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) :Debited
2. Material Inventory : Credited

Accounting Entry is as under:
Cost of Goods Sold -
Dr (Configured in OBYC GBB T-Key)
To Inventory Account --- Cr
The effect of above entry is the Inventory reduces & the incventory valuation changes, as the effect of change in Inventory.
