    If you are an SAP Customer you can download the IDES system - International demonstration and education system;

    http://service.sap.com/swdc

I would recommend the folloiwng links. They relate to the latest version, best practices and configuration guides.

    http://help.sap.com/bp_blv1600/BL_DE/html/index.htm

This is the link to the "Building Block" guides

    http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/600/BBlibrary_start.htm

In the building block names - select a FI / CO function and you get the following:

    http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/600/html/N69_EN_DE.htm

within this new windows you get:

    Scenario Documentation

    Configuration Guide

    Development Master List

    Building Blocks

    B32 - Best Practices Installation

    J02 - Organizational Structure

    For this specific function.

This is an example link to the Config huide:

    http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/600/documentation/N69_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_DE.doc

This provides step by step instructions on specific best practice configuration for the most current version of SAP.

Also, something else to suggest, is that if you wish to ask a question about a problem, search here first: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/e1/8e51341a06084de10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm

If you cannot find the answer, ask the question in a logically way providing as much information as possible, things you have tried and didn't work.

I find this is a good read: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

I very much doubt you will find SAP Business One to donwload. You will need to get licenses from SAP to install these products, and in depth knowledge of BASIS to install - the guides are basic and help to a point...
