Can you guide me as to how we can generate the requirements automatically instead of creating the PIR manually when the quantity of items are very large and it is not possible to enter each item independently. . Kindly tell me the steps involved, TCode used.I have been asked about this in interviews many

times.

You have to develop Z transactions to upload the demand (requireements) through excel format or from flat file from with sfilestilities program.

Hi,

Z alphabate is not used in standard SAP. When you are developing programme or new transaction code for client's requirement which is not available in standard,

when it is developed by ABAP it is prefix by Z. Thats why it is called as z report or z development.

BDC - batch data communication, it is a programme develop by ABAP,which is used to migrate data from non SAP to SAP system.

Maintain all values in excel sheet, enter in SAP by creating BDC programme.
