Creating a future Funds Block

Hello dear gurus!

I wish to create a Funds blocking document (FMW1) with a time limit, Is this even possible? or maybe I should use something else?

Ideally, I want to create a document today, that will apply sometime in the future, and will automatically end at a certain date of my choosing. and this will limit my available amount for a certain Fund-Fund Center-Commitment address at a specific period in the future.

I've tried to play around with the Posting Date (BuDat) , but I can't make it work as I intend.

Thanks in advance Or G.

Hello, I'm still struggling with this topic

I'm looking to represent a loan, but for a specific use (so FMBB is out of the question)

and this loan should be time limited, to start in the future and end at a certain date

FMW1 seems like the best implementaion for it, but I can't make it work as I need it to.

Thanks in advance, Gaist Or

FMW1 works for me; are your FM future periods open? Check FMIR/FMMI

Hey there Tammy,

Could you please elaborate?

I've checked FMMI and FMIR, it seems fine. it's all set in 2017, I can't find anything abnormal.

How did you confirmed that it worked?

I've tried to look at Fmavcr02 and FMBB and I see that block right away.

OK perhaps I misunderstood.

I used GR55, fund status display, and I see the block; are you saying you don't want to see it right away?

FMIR is to check that future periods are open

That's right ma'am.

My end goal is for case like the following:

I want to represent a loan.

so I give a certain address additional funds via FMBB

but I want to block them in 6 months time.

does this make sense?
