tab settings

Hi experts,

In a paragaraph format, i am giving 2 tabs. 1 is 1 ch allignment left, 2 is 24 ch allignment right. 2nd is to display currency amount.

requirement is.

discount 100.00

freight charges 50.00

sap scripts code is.

RD discount ,,,,&discount&

RD freight charges ,,,,&fre_chrg&

But the output is not alligned.

output is :

discount 100.00

fregiht charges 50.00

what is problem..?

Pls give me a solution to do the above.

Hi

I hope RD is the paragrapgh format, so I think you might have decalred 2 TAB settings for this paragraph, You have defined 2 tabs and you are giving both together, give them separately

',,' stands for single Tab

write the code like

RD ,,discount ,,&discount&

RD ,,freight charges ,,&fre_chrg&

If this does not help:

RD ,,discount,,&discount&

RD ,,freight charges,,&fre_chrg&

try to lenghten the second tab, for example instead of 24 set it to 45.
