PCR for Payroll


We are having one requirement with client which is as below.

Client is using positive time. planned working time is 8 hours.

1. If employee works less than 4 hours in a day based on clock in and clock out then he or she should be absent for the day.

2. If employee works less then 8 and and more than 4 hours in day then he/she should be half day present.

3. If employee works 8 hours in day then he/she should be present.

For the same client wants to have deduction in Payroll for while running payroll, can anyone suggest me what will be the procedure and if PCR has to be write what will the procedure ?
