Has anyone configured ATP check function on IC WebClient? I have activated it in the CRM backend but still ATP Check button does not work on SalesOrder/Product Search view .
ECC is the target system for RFC calls.
Am I missing anything here? Appreciate if you share your views.

Check in the item category of the product in SO tx if the ATP check has been activated or not and if the item category group has been set or not in the product master.....just to double confirm the backend settings....
