Hi,
We have installed new portal system. We imported the logon ticket from Portal and uploaded into CRM. Upload also successful.
To test SSO, I created one Transaction iView. When i am previewing the iView, i am getting error: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorised.
For my Portal there is no insatallation no and in logon ticket also serial no is : 00.
Weather anyone of above or both are reasons for this? OR any other reason for this. OR any initial actions are there for ticket generation?
Please suggest me.
