Logging changes in CATS

Do we have any way with which we can log changes made in CATS, like what was changed etc?

Have you tried to do a lookup on the CATSDB table?

Suresh, I did have a look at CATSDB. I get to see who changed the record and when but I do not see what was changed. I want to see what was the data before the change.

the only other option I can think of is table logging.. set the log data changes property in the Technical Settings of CATSDB.. but I wouldn't want to do that..CATSDB as such is a huge table & logging it might be unwieldy..

SE11> CATSDB> Display

Click on the Technical Settings pushbutton in the menu bar

Click on the change icon in the next screen

Now check the 'Log Data Changes' checkbox & SAVE.

Press F1 on this checkbox for additional info on this feature.

Change the Characteristics of the Table to record the Log.
