MDG upgrade from Hub to Co Deployment

Hi Team ,

We have a problem in hand where in the current landscape we have a 1511 operative ERP & MDG 8.0 hub installed on EHP7 .

Now we want to phase out MDG 8.0 hub and upgrade 1511 to 1610 which already has MDG 9.0 .Question is how do we move the configurations and development of MDG 8.0 Hub to the only existing 1610 S4HANA system now ?

Quick help is really appreciated !!
