In SAP C4C Service ticket interaction tab, can we drag and drop a mail from outlook?

Hi All,

Can we drag a a mail from outlook inbox and can it be attached or information could be pasted in the Service> ticket> open a ticket> interaction tab's Mail format?

I know it sound little crazy but, do we have this enabled or yet provisioned in C4C?

Hello Suman,

I do not think that this could sound crazy, actually it seems a good idea. However this feature is currently not available in SAP Hybris C4C.

In your case I would recommend that you open an Idea request in our Idea forum.

Hello Gabriel,

Thank you on this. I was pretty sure on this as we dont have this dynamic working at the moment in C4C. I will go ahead for Idea Forum if it goes well.

I was also wondering if any alternate suggestion could be worked out as a solution as Idea forum would not be a immediate resolution or results.
