SAP guru's:-

I have one doubt, that is i observed in this website that is issue " user has created g/l account and posted the transactions that account, after they have the find the that account is to manintained the "OPEN ITEM MANAGMENT'' check box account, now they are select the open itme managment check box system does not allow: This is issue, so that solution give the sap guru's:- first make the balance to zero for the clearing purpose, still exit the error, in that situation Block the relevant accounting for the posting in company code, and then run the programme ZFSEPA03, for the unblock account.This is solution, So here my doubt,who is run the programme ZFSEPA03, is the consultant, or user.just give the explanation about this... help.. me...

Hi Madhu,

I presume this program you have developed by copying the standard SAP program. As this program is executed as a one time exercise and not on a regular basis, Users cannot execute this. If a Team lead / Core User is there from Business side, then it can be executed by Team Lead. Otherwise it has to be executed by Consultants. Probably, you may have a generic id - for such activities, so use that user id.

Hi Madhu,

Your program ZFSEPA03 is a bespoke program and so we cant help you as we dont know what it does.

it could be that it clear the account, however there have been a few similar posts recently covering how to change the open item managed account field.

Mark ( plz just give ur brief idea,) mean this programme is run by the fi consulatnt or user make the unblock account (ZFSEPA03). HELP ME .....
