Hi I need some help, I have been assigned to define roles to give to end users. therefore I have been given 3 roles to test SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY, SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE, SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS. I try to create a support message using the role CREATE in one of the systems by selecting the Help > Create Support message in the SAP menu, or double clicking the SAP icon.

I then log into Solution Manager Service Desk using the role DISPLAY to check if the message has been sent to Service Desk using T.Code crm_dno_monitor, but nothing appears. When I log into Solution Manager using my normal ID I can see the error message. Can somebody please advise me why the support message does not display. Thank you for any help.

Hello Bilaal,

Please check note 834534.

In PFCG: ZSAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY

Look for authorization object CRM_ORD_PR

Activity is set to 3 and ligh is GREEN

After try to see the this support message via transaction CRMD_order, this transaction can give you more data about why you can not see the message with this user.

If this not fixes the issue check also notes

- 947127

Use transaction PFCG to adjust the roles for your Service Desk users and

specify the values 01, 11, 12, 41, 51, 52 for the field "Activity type

for message maintenance" (ACT_TYPE) for authorization object B_NOTIF_BC

("Activities for messages").

- 953666 Authorization check for Service Desk texts

I looked for authorization object CRM_TXT_ID and activate it

Hope this helps,

Dolores
