Purpose of CRM Plug-In

Hi,

What is the purpose of CRM Plug-In?

Who has to install it?

Whether CRM Plug-In is required in the following scenario

1. Sales order is created in the CRM and it is replicated to ECC

2. Through IC with the help of Action Box i have to call TC - VL01N.

3. Billing is down in ECC.

Hi Devi,

Purpose of Plugins is to provide certail Bapi's in R/3 to enable CRM integrations.

Installation is upto Basis consultant.

Yes we need Plugins for all of the mentioned purposes.
