In the item detail page ,when preview item the preview item too small.
Can I resize it or make it more large?

by changing the following properties in iview so that your iview will appear based on your requirements.
Height Type
Defines height of iView/page when displayed
Fixed Height (Pixels)
Fixed height (in pixels) of iView/page when Height Type is 'Fixed' and object is displayed in iFrame
Minimum Automatic Height (Pixels)
Minimum height (in pixels) of iView/page when Height Type is 'Automatic'
Maximum Automatic Height (Pixels)
Maximum height in pixels of iView/page when Height Type is 'Automatic'
External Window Height
Height (in pixels) of external window that is displayed, showing results of a drag event. Relevant only if 'Launch In' is set to external window.
External Window Width (Pixels)
Width of external window that is displayed, showing results of a drag event. Relevant only if 'Launch In' is set to external window.
