Hi,
I want to create a Roadmap in which I can edit the nodes (folder structure).
1. Is this possible only with template project?
2. Is rmauth the T-Code to edit roadmap?
3. Is the authorization SAP_SOLAR_ALL enough to edit roadmap?

You must make a Z copy of the Roadmap, then you can edit it.

The following are the roadmap related roles. Copy these standard roles into Zroles & assign it to your ID.
SAP_RMMAIN_EXE
SAP_SOL_KW_ALL
SAP_RMDEF_RMAUTH_EXE
