trigger purchase order workflow

Hi friends..

I am using standard worklow 20000075 for purchase order creation..

when iam create purchase order, the workflow is to be triggered..

for that purpose what can i do..

I want to set two level of approval..

iam triggering the event using pftc..

i dont know where the problem..

Have you activated your linakge and done functional configuration?

Hi GowriShankar,

Copy this 20000075.

In copied workflow go to workflow builder double click on first activity make General task in Agent Asssignment.

Go to Trace on in SWELS.

Go to SWUE enter object, Event give key values and press Event create and Receiver Event.

Check in SWEL.

Tell me what is there in SWEL.

Check your customization, you have done the customization in Purchase Requisition - you have to do it in Purchase order release procedure.

1. Did u make <b>GENERAL TASK</b> Assignment for all

Tasks.

2. You did wrong, you made in Purchase Requisition in

SPRO.

<b>Make in SPRO for Purchase Order:</b>

SPRO-> MM>Purchasing-><b>Purchase order</b>-->Release procedure->Procedure with classification-> set up procedure with classification-> double click on <b>Release strategies</b>

<b>AND ALSO</b>

SPRO-> MM>Purchasing-><b>Purchase order</b>-->Release procedure->Procedure with classification-> set up procedure with classification-> double click on <b>Workflow</b>

Hi Prabakar..

After creating purchase order some time workflow got triggered but sometime

workflow is not triggered...

some time workflow got triggered but it shows an error message in the activity step(release of purchase order)..

If you say like this, how can i understand your problem, Still you have not mentioned what you are getting <u><b>errors</b></u> in PO(Just saying you getting error)

Refresh Buffer and execute once again.

Where you are getting Error(Error in Workflow/Inbox/SWEL/Where)???????

1)evalute_agent_internal

2)evalute_agent_via_rule

3)ac20000027

in swel Trace On message is displayed for particular id.
