total salary and annual salary required

hi experts,

i am an ABAPer working with HR now.in pa30 0008 infotype (basic pay )there is a field showing total salary ,but that field is not available in pa0008 .where shall i get the total amount field.and the field annual salary is showing 0.00 what shall i do to get the annual salry there in pa30.any config's at spro ????

to get the annual salary in 0008 the configuration is in SPRO

spro-personnel managment-personnel administration-payroll data-basic pay---

define annual salary

in that screen take the fourth one and go for new entries

say valuate first field ASAL then rest of them dates. in base wage types take your wage types one by one which u want to consider for annual salary.

the percentage is how much of the wage type u want to take it as annula salary. generally 100%. if u want only some % of a wage type to be in Annual salary then give that much percentage.

here the values will be multiplied by 12 and the total amount comes in 0008

I tried to put the values like this

MB10-Basic Salary- 01.01.2000-31.12.999-1000(My value)-Basic Salary-100%

MB10 HRA 2 01.01.2000 31.12.999 1001 HRA 100%

MB10 DA 3 01.01.2000 31.12.999 1002 DA100%

MB10 Self Dev. allow4 01.01.2000 31.12.999 1003 SDA 100%

MB220 Conv. allow 5 01.01.2000 31.12.999 1004 Con allow 100%

But the Warning came as "Entry40(country group)ASAL does not exist in T512W(Check entry).

Pl. help with the full details.
