what is the use of these fields?

Hi Sravan,

In Quality Management module, whenever something needs to be checked for quality first Inspection Lots are created . Inspection Lot means nothing but a group of products to be inspected. Ok.

The Qals table contains the information of these Inspection lots. The field Prueflos is the Inspection lot nuber - primary key of this table.

Now the next question is what characteristics of this product needs to be checked.

So some characteristics are decided say length so and so cm etc.

Then these characteristics are allocated to the inspection lot.

The Qamv contains the characteristics of an inspection lot.

Merknr is the characteristic number.

Hi,

Qals-prueflos is Inspection Lot Number it is a numeric field

Qamv-merknr is Inspection Characteristic Number it is Character string with only digits

u are fetching select QAMR-ORIGINAL_INPUT field from qamr based on the QAMV-MERKNR and QALS-PRUFLOS .
