Resource Planning tool

Hi all,

I am facing a problem in CRM Service. when ever i run resource planning tool T-Code CRM_DWP it is giving error " Service org unit" is not a service team. can any one give solution for this.

what r the prerequisites for running a Resource planning tool.

Hi Rama,

Please mark the checkbox service team in the scenario service for your organization (ppoma_crm), where your user has been assigned.

Thanks for your answer, i have already selcted the check box of serivce team even though it is showing the same error.

Hi

I hope you have assigned service employee(BP) to the service team.You have assigned positions to each service organisation and assigned BP to each positions.Service employees must be flagged to a service team.
