Delta Load with Process Chain

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me wich is the correct dataflow in Process Chain in order to create a delta chain.

In 3.5 i use to :

-Execute InfoPackage

-Activate ODS

-DElete PSA request after 10 days

My doubt is in BI 7.0 do i have to delete PSA request? because i undestand that if i have a delta load from PSA to ODS only transfer new or changed records for the last time, and if i delete PSA request always i will transfer the same data.

Hi...

What I would suggest you to do...in BI 7.0

1.Delete PSA request(10 days or older)

2.Load infopackage

3.DTP(I don't know you are using DTP or not..or still following 3.x loading)

4.Activate DSO

This would work fine..but if you are even if you are using 3.x loading it will still work in BI 7.0

You can continue what you are doing and you will get the same results you get in 3.5.

I know this doesn't address your doubt- I can't do much with that. Read more and you will probably understand.
