setting maximum documents in delivery due list

Hi all,

How do you confugure to set limit for the number of sales documents being processed in delivery due list vl04. Is there a setting other than custom code for this.

I guess what I meant was to set maximum number of open sales documents which appear after entering the details and executing it. I dont want to process more than 1000 documents at any point of time.

There are many parameters, on based of which number can be restricted within limit, why exact number is required?

Mainly you can use Dates, Material, Plant/Storage Location, or different fields in Capacities.

If I have have understood the question correctly , having given parameters like material ,plant etc.. is it possible to restict the number of sales documents which needs to be procssed.
