Hi Experts,

Can you please advise what is the best way to charge overtime, either to create a activity type with a different rate , or via CATS, are there any multiplier functionality is in the system in Activity type or in CATS.

Please advise.

Hi,

It is advisable to use CATS. As in CATS, the timesheet are maintained. Based on the timesheet and activity attached, the cost are charged either to project or order.

Thanks for the answer, Can you please explain how to do this, as what we need is the multiplier if i am charging OT thru CATS, can you please give me the path /directions how to do this ,
