Problem during credentials installation - Adobe Document Configuration

Hello to all,

I have got a problem with Adobe Document Configuration. I’ve got J2EE 6.40 Engine SP18 and I successfully installed Adobe Document Service 1.0 SP18. I’ve got credential file *.pfx that, by Installed guide, I put under ~\TrustManagerService\trust\credentials\ directory. The problem that I got is when I try to click on ‘Browse’ button, (Visual Administrator -> Cluster tab -> Server 0 -> Services -> Document Service Configuration, on the right side screen Runtime-> Credentials) the pop-up window appears with next message :

An error occurred while indexing the credential files:

Com.adobe.service.sap.configuration.ConfigurationException: An error occurred while indexing the credential files:

I have read post but unfortunately it doesn’t resolve my problem. I would be very thankful if someone can help me, it is quite urgent. Thanks in advance.

Hello Aleksandar,

Normally start/restart of the mentioned services (or engine itself) should be enough.

Are all the components of your engine properly installed on SPS18?
