When the contract is ended, how many days the customer can extract their data back?

The customer signed agreement with us 1-yr or 3-yr normally, they concern on their confidential data which input to SAC. When the contract is ended, the customer made a decision to no go with SAC. How many day we allowed them to extract the data after ended the contract? and What kinds of file they can save?

Hi - this is likely included in the contract, and not really a question the SAP Community can answer. I would refer the customer to the contract
