can anyone plz tell me the standard workflow for pr release (item wise) and the task associated with it

thank u both for ur replies

i have a senario that when a approver does not approve a requisition for 5 days it automatically gets to the next approver . how can this be achieved

what i have done is i have put the same workflow as subworkflow for he obsolete step witha aim to start the wokflow again with approver corresponding to next release code . how can i increment or get the next release code in this case.

if i am opting a wrong method do suggest an alternative.

hai

use deadline monitoring here . use it to end before 5 days if not then exculate to next level of approve.

Put deadline monitoring, based on the outcome after 5 days call another method (background) and release the requistion in background. This will trigger workflow for next release code. You can give some description in the task and mention over there that the req wqs released in background as there was no response.
