Deletion of resources

Hi All,

I want to delete resource that are no longer used in master recipe.

I am not able to delete it through the path: Resource -

Delete in CRC2. Because I don't have autorisation.

Please tell me how to delete it.

Archive directly from CR41 transaction.

Hi,

If you dont have authrization then take the authrization fro the asme and delet from CRC2. This is the best way to do.

You need to get the authorisation for directly deleting from "CRC2".

or else

You can just set "Deletion Flag" in the change mode of the resource (extras>Status>Deletion Flag) and then follow the archiving method to delete from the database. For archiving and latter deleting you can use transaction code "CR41" as mentioned by Tajuddin.

There is no other option away from these two for deleting.
