Hello Experts,
We are not able to assign same ECC sales group to multiple sales office in CRM Org Structure. This is a standard functionality in ECC enterprise structure but system does not allow the same in CRM Org Structure. We have copied ECC sales structure to CRM. I've also executed - Convert Org. Model to Represent Multiple Assignments in SAP ECC, program still the assignment table (Assign SAP CRM Sales Groups to SAP ECC Sales Groups) in CRM is not updated.
Any solution approach for this issue is highly appreciated.
