Want to include own Logo in EWA Report

Hi,

I like to put our own Logo into the EWA Report our Solman is generating.

How to achieve this?

Where do I get access to the *.dot file to include my graphic ?

Hi,

Format the layout of the solarblueprint.doc / solarblueprint.dot to fit your customer need -

Go to IMG settings for this configuration..

Implmn. Guide --> SAP Sol. Mgr -> Scen. Specific settings --> Implementation -> Optional Activities -> Doc. Mgmnt -> Generation of Doc. --> Adjust template files for generation of BP

You can upload your customer template file under this option Now you must see with customer logo by default.

Note that if you want to further change the font/ styles, the structure items are hardcoded in the MS-Word macro. You have to modify the macro located in file "solarblueprint.dot" to change the styles. Also it is a "First Page different" header and footer option..

Hi Senthil,

I have strong doubts that the desribed procedure will have an effect on the EWA MS Word Report layout.

Currently, it's not possible to adapt the Cover Page by configuration. The change would require a modification and detailed knowledge on EWA development infrastructure. The required steps are not documented for customer, as a modification is not intended by SAP.

When I remember correctly, the Service Level Reporting allows you to adapt the cover page with you own logo. Check in Setup Service Level Reporting.
